Where our internet sites contain links leading to the products or services of other companies, we assume no guarantee or liability for such products or services. For this reason, we cannot be held responsible for the content of these sites or that this is in compliance with the law. Please refer to the sites in question and in particular to the data-protection statement of the company and the data-protection standards applicable.

Person-related data

Person-related data are information by means of which your identity may become known. This includes, for example, name and address. It does not include information which cannot be associated with any particular person. Our online services can be used at all times without revealing your identity. Should you wish to make use of any or our personalised services, you will be requested to provide the data necessary for the provision of such services. You are free to decide whether you wish to use such services and enter the necessary data. Should you do so, your data will be stored by us in specially protected servers in Germany. Access to such data is available only to the limited number of authorised persons who are concerned with the technical, commercial and administrative operation of the servers and their data. In connection with their access, data are stored in our serves for security purposes which may permit personal identification (e.g. IP address, date, time and sites visited). These are not used with reference to any person. In order to evaluate and improve the quality of our internet services, we carry out statistical analyses of the visits to our websites. This is done partly through the use of the counting graphics embedded in our sites. The data gained in this way are however anonymous and do not permit any association with the personal data of the user. Under no circumstances will your data be used to create user profiles of any type whatsoever.

Transmission of person-related data to third parties

As a matter of principle, we do not pass person-related data on to third parties. In particular, no data are transmitted to third parties for advertising purposes. However, should you make use of one of the personalised services offered by us, it may be necessary for us to obtain personal data and pass these on to third parties for the purpose of  providing the desired service. Such data are only stored and revealed to the extent required for the service. Your explicit consent hereto is requested when filling in the appropriate form. Any third parties to whom your data are transmitted for the above purpose, are also committed to complying with the law governing the treatment of personal data. Should we be obliged to do so by a court of law, data will be transmitted only to the legal entities authorised to receive such data.

Right of revocation

Should you have given us any personal data, you may have such data deleted at any time. Data used for accounting or invoicing purposes will not be affected by such withdrawal or deletion.

Use of cookies

We do not use cookies in our websites. You can adjust your browser to deactivate the saving of cookies from all websites or to notify you before the cookies are accepted.
